Q1: What specific quality control tests does each 30W panel undergo before leaving the factory?

Each panel goes through five mandatory checks: (1) Electroluminescence (EL) testing to find micro-cracks, (2) wet leakage current test (insulation under water spray), (3) flash test to verify exact I-V curve (30W±3%), (4) diode function test, and (5) visual inspection for frame alignment and glass bubbles. We provide test reports for bulk orders.
Q2: Can this 30W panel survive a hailstorm or accidental impact (e.g., a falling branch)?

Yes. The 3.2mm tempered glass is tested to withstand 25mm diameter hailstones at 80 km/h (50 mph) , meeting IEC 61215 standard. For higher risk areas, we offer an optional upgrade to 4.0mm glass with a reinforced frame (adds 0.8kg weight). This is not bulletproof, but it handles typical severe weather.

Yes, and it's an excellent match. A typical 12V coop door motor draws about 1-2 amp-hours per full open/close cycle. A 30W panel generates roughly 8-12 amp-hours per day (depending on sun). The standard model is not recommended for highly corrosive environments. Standard aluminum frames and tinned copper cables will corrode over time (1-3 years in severe cases). We offer a "high corrosion resistance" customization including: (1) thicker anodized aluminum frame (25μm vs standard 15μm), (2) fully potted IP68 junction box, and (3) tinned copper cables with anti-corrosion additive (prevents "black wire" corrosion). Specify "salt fog / ammonia resistant" version for coastal or farm projects.
Q6: If I customize the connectors, cable length, or bezel color, will it alter the panel's core quality, warranty, or electrical performance?

No. All customizations do not affect the basic electrical performance, material quality, or standard warranty terms. The core laminated part (cells, EVA encapsulant, backsheet, glass) is produced identically on the same production line. Whether you choose MC4 connectors, DC5521 plugs, ring terminals, or bare wire ends, the panel still enjoys the 5-year materials and workmanship warranty and the 25-year linear power output warranty. Customization only changes peripheral accessories and appearance, not the cell quality grade, soldering process, or factory test standards.
