Q2. Can I provide sample orders for your products?
A2: Of course, We provide free samples for part of the models. You can check our quality before ordering. If you have any
requirements, please contact us.
Q3. What is your delivery time?
A3: It depends on the order quantity. Usually, it takes about 7-10 days after receiving the small deposit. Bulk ordering takes
10-15 days (more than 10,000 pieces per watt).
Q4. Do you have a minimum order quantity requirement? Can you accept mixed goods for FCL orders?
A4: We have a low MOQ requirement for 100pcs. We prefer you can mix items for FCL in order to save both sides costs.
Q5. How long will it take after placing an order?
A5: Depends on the order volume. We will ship most online wholesale orders within 5 days of receiving payment.
Q6. What's the difference between the Mono and Poly panels?
A6: Monocrystalline solar panels have the highest efficiency rates since they are made out of the highest-grade silicon. The process used to make polycrystalline silicon is simpler and costs less. The amount of waste silicon is less compared to monocrystalline.

Q12: What are your payment terms?
A12: We provide a variety of payment methods, including PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Alibaba Trade Assurance, Western Union, and wire transfers. According to T/T, LC AT SIGHT, 30% deposit in advance, and the balance 70% before shipment. If use our forwarder. we accept the balance after BL COPY.
